From the first draft of your screenplay to the polished pitch deck, we can help you craft a professional package that’ll be taken seriously in the industry. As writers and producers ourselves, we know the best pitch usually comes from the person closest to the material. When the material is your’s, that person is YOU.
At Circle Bay Story Studio, we’re fellow filmmakers, not agents or managers, but we can help you identify the agents, managers, producers, and actors who’ll be likely to respond to your work, and then coach you on how to approach them. Our aim is to empower you by demystifying the process.

Kate Montgomery
Best known for her award-winning Sundance comedy “Christmas in the Clouds”, Kate’s credits also include the drama “Ever Since the World Ended”, which won best film at SF Indie Fest and the London Sci-Fi Film Festival, the comedy “Neither Here Nor There”, which won Best Web Series at NYC Reel Film Festival, and the short film “Nudes” which was featured in the 2021 Bushwick Film Festival. Kate has optioned & sold screenplays to producers and studios in the US, Canada and UK. She’s been teaching screenwriting since 2010 and has worked as a writing coach, story editor and production consultant for individual and industry clients since 2000.
